HISTORY

A legacy of leadership
since 1978

A legacy of leadership since 1978

A legacy of leadership since 1978 Founded in 1978, AAAB was established as a unified voice for agency management and owners operating across television, print, digital, outdoor, events, activation, and other communication disciplines.

Over the decades, the association has evolved from an informal forum into a structured and organised industry body representing the commercial interests of agencies while coordinating member engagement with government and industry stakeholders.

In November 2024, AAAB members formed a new seven-member Executive Committee during the Annual General Meeting. Sanaul Arefeen was appointed President with a mandate to expand membership, modernise the organisation’s framework, and broaden the association’s remit—enabling Bangladeshi agencies to engage more effectively at regional and global levels.
